Return and Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to purchases of time-limited access packages (30-minute or 60-minute bundles) on www.taniadoroftei.ro

 

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Unused Minutes)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this purchase and receive a full refund within *14 calendar days* from the purchase date, *ONLY IF the purchased time package has not been activated or used* (the minutes remain entirely untouched in your account).

2. Loss of the Right of Withdrawal (Upon Activation)

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the moment you *voluntarily activate or start your time session* (triggering the countdown of your 30 or 60 minutes), the service begins with your express prior consent.

Once the first minute of the package is consumed, *you permanently waive your right of withdrawal and refund*. Partial refunds are not provided for any remaining or unused minutes once a session has been initiated or has expired.

 

3. Expiry of Minutes

Purchased time packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. If they are not activated within this timeframe, they will automatically expire and become non-refundable.
